Fast Engineering [Trade & Services] is essentially in two business lines namely:
- Indenting / Trading and Agency Business.
- Civil and Electrical Supply & Services for Housing Societies and others.
Fast Engineering [Trade & Services] is a diversified multi-tasking organization established in 2003 and soon thereafter it attained the status of a multi-facetted organization, participating in all sorts of industrial activities, especially in the field of Consultancy & Agency Administration for Power & Energy Equipment and EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction), Services for Mega Housing Projects Sector.
In the beginning, we started with the marketing of Heavy Electrical Equipment for Grid Stations and Transmission Lines e.g. Power Transformers, Auto-Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Isolators, Steel Towers, Steel Poles etc. Initially Fast Engineering [Trade & Services] was to manage sales and marketing of products for Energy Sector and EPC Projects.
Fast Engineering [Trade & Services] is working in agency activities. It has also acquired capabilities to share the growing load to supply Electro Electric Equipment of the foreign Suppliers / Principals to the major organizations in Government and Private Sectors.
FE is providing Services for mega Housing Projects attaining fast growing results with hard work and passion.

Engr. Sher Muhammad (Late) the founder and first Chairman of Fast Engineering [Trade & Services] started his career as Mechanical Engineer in Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) in 1964 and retired as General Manager, WAPDA in 2003. Having sound expertise in Power Plant Operations, he, after his retirement from WAPDA, established the company. Fortunate enough, the Company has a rich corporate heritage and tradition and blessed with a continuum of associates having foresight, vision and courage to change the conventional methodology to a progressive one.

- Quality Assurance Plans are considered as the back of operations and project execution at “FE” to ensure and build the employers’ confidence in the processes and procedures adopted by our organization that all the works and services will be delivered to meet rather exceed the expectations of our valued clients. We, at “FE”, believe in comprehensive planning for undertaking the projects from their inception stage down to its handing over to customer as per the specifications and quality work requirements as per the agreed terms and conditions.
- Professionally competent project management team at “FE” takes care of following aspects of projects and ensures that all the related documentation is available before commencement of works and services on site.
- Construction schedule with a summary of planned construction activities, their sequence, interrelationships, durations, and terminations
- Description of the construction management organization, management procedures, lines of communication, and responsibility.
- Description of anticipated quality control testing that includes type of test, frequency, and who will perform the tests.
- Description of the change order process that includes who will initiate change orders, as well as who will review, negotiate, and approve change orders.

- Description of the construction inspection program/preparation and approval of checklist for onsite quality control that includes inspection responsibility, anticipated inspection frequency, deficiency resolution, and inspector qualifications.
